What we sell

Nutrafarm Raw Makhana is plain, unflavoured makhana, sold in pouches of 100 g at ₹249 and 200 g at ₹449. It is a raw kitchen ingredient: roast or cook it before eating. The declarations on the printed pack are the ones that apply to the pack you receive.

Placing an order

Checkout prepares your order as a WhatsApp message to Nutrafarm. The order is placed when you send that message, and it is accepted when we confirm it on WhatsApp. We may decline an order, for example if the courier does not serve your pincode or the size is out of stock.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. Shipping is ₹49 an order, and free on orders of ₹499 or more. The total is shown before you place the order. Payment is cash on delivery: you pay when the pack arrives.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery is covered by the shipping policy. Cancellations, damaged packs and refunds are covered by the cancellation and refunds policy. Both are part of these terms.

Using this site

The photographs, text and marks on this site belong to Nutrafarm. You may not copy them for commercial use without our permission. We keep the site accurate, and we correct a wrong price or description as soon as we learn of it; if an order was placed at a wrong price, we ask you before going ahead.

The privacy policy says what we receive when you order and what we do with it.

Complaints and grievances go to Nutrafarm customer care on +91 94300 57141.

Law

The laws of India apply to these terms. The courts of Bihar, India hear any dispute that we cannot settle with you directly.
