Cancellation and refunds
Cancel free until we dispatch. If a pack arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it or refund you.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at no cost until it is dispatched. Once the pack is with the courier, the order cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, message or call +91 94300 57141 with your order number.
Returns
No returns for change of mind, because it is food.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the pack. We will replace it or refund you.
The quickest way is a WhatsApp message with the photo and your order number.
Refunds
Orders are paid in cash on delivery, so a refund is sent by UPI or bank transfer. It reaches you within 5–7 working days of our confirming it.
If you cancel before dispatch, you have paid nothing and there is nothing to refund.
