What we sell
Raw Makhana is plain, unflavoured makhana in 100 g and 200 g pouches. Nothing is added. It is meant to be roasted or cooked at home before eating.
Where it comes from
Our makhana is grown and harvested by Nutrafarm in the Mithila region of north Bihar. It is collected once a year, between August and October, then sun-dried and popped.
How we sort it
We grade it by hand for size, so a pack holds large, even pieces with few broken ones.
