What stays in your browser

Your cart, the pincode you check and the details you type at checkout are kept in your own browser, so they are still there if you leave the page and come back. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. They are cleared when you tell the site you have sent your order, and you can clear them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

What we receive when you order

Checkout writes your order as a WhatsApp message: the items, the total, your name, mobile number, delivery address, and your email if you gave one. We receive these when you press Send in WhatsApp, and not before. WhatsApp handles that message under its own privacy policy.

What we use it for

• To confirm the order with you and deliver it.
• To give the courier your name, number and address for the delivery.
• To deal with a cancellation, a damaged pack or a refund.

We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need them to deliver the order, handle a refund and keep the records the law asks of a business.

The site itself

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts.
